Why Croft Talent Exists
Croft Talent was founded by Kate Whillock, a talent and creator partnerships specialist with over 15 years' experience building commercial partnerships, managing high-profile talent and growing creator-led brands across the UK and internationally.
Kate has worked closely with some of the most recognised names in the creator space, including managing partnerships and brand strategy for Steven Bartlett across the UK and Middle East, securing campaigns with global brands including Porsche, Samsung and WHOOP, and producing creator-led content that has reached millions.
Croft Talent was built because this space deserved a specialist. Not a generalist agency with a roster of thousands and no real specialism, but an agency that truly understands the audience, the content and the commercial opportunity within it.
We represent creators and founders across home, beauty, country living and founder-led brands, and connect them with brands that know the value of trusted, long-form influence.
