Croft Talent was founded by Kate Whillock, a creator partnerships specialist with over 15 years’ experience in influencer marketing and digital strategy. Kate has worked closely with leading creators and brands across the UK, including campaigns involving Steven Bartlett, helping shape high-performing partnerships worldwide.

Built to serve a specialist market, Croft Talent focuses exclusively on Home & Country creators. The agency exists to connect brands with trusted voices across home, interiors, DIY and rural living, while supporting creators in building long-term, commercially successful careers.
